The second stop on my recent trip to Europe, was Zurich. Switzerland wasn’t really a country that was calling my name, for a number of reasons, but mainly because it is know for being so damn expensive. As Zurich was the first stop on my study trip, it gave me a reason to visit, and I’m so glad I did. The city is somewhat divided through the centre with the river, splitting up the old town and the city centre. The old town is made up narrow streets, that are filled with the most beautiful buildings. Cross the river and you’re in the centre of Zurich, with an abundance of global shops. Here are some of my photos I took whilst exploring the city…city guide to come! Oh and just to let you know, I injured my neck the day I took these photos, so I couldn’t take my big old SLR with me. Hence, the iPhone quality photos! They might not be as pretty but they still capture Zurich, so enjoy!
